1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chinawheely services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Chinawheely provides private car transportation services in China, including:

• Airport transfers
• City car service (hourly/daily)
• Intercity transportation
• Corporate travel solutions
• Custom tour transportation

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.

3.2 Pricing: Prices are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes and fees. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or route changes.

3.3 Payment: We accept PayPal, Alipay, and major credit cards. Payment must be received before service commencement.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
• 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund
• No-show: No refund

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete booking information
• Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not smoke, consume alcohol, or use illegal substances in vehicles
• Be responsible for your personal belongings

6. Limitation of Liability

Chinawheely's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wuhan City, Hubei Province.
