Booking Questions

How do I book a ride?

Visit our booking page, select your service type, enter pickup/dropoff details, choose your vehicle, and submit. You'll receive a confirmation within 1 hour.

Can I modify my booking?

Yes, contact us via WhatsApp at +86-155-2777-1775 at least 2 hours before pickup. Changes are subject to availability.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight automatically. Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes after landing at no extra charge.

Payment Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Alipay, and major credit cards. All payments are processed securely.

Is the price fixed?

Yes, the price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no surge pricing.

How do refunds work?

See our cancellation policy. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Do your drivers speak English?

Yes, all our drivers are fluent in English and Mandarin. They're trained to communicate effectively with international visitors.

What vehicles do you offer?

Economy sedans (up to 3 passengers), Business sedans (up to 3 passengers), and MPVs (up to 6 passengers). All vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and well-maintained.

Can I request a child seat?

Yes, child seats are available at no extra charge. Please mention this in your booking notes.
